Price Promise
At Pur'itsy, we practise fair and transparent pricing because we are 'capidealists' who believe in empowering our customers.
We do not believe in setting artificially high "regular" prices only to offer attractive (and permanent) discounts (on, well, everything). We know you don’t appreciate being taken for a fool.
We do not seek to undercut fellow retailers because we believe that online price wars benefit no one in the long run.
Instead, we price our products competitively so you won’t feel ripped off and we don’t compromise the brand reputation.
Our in-store prices reflect both the cost price as well as our costs in bringing the products to you (website hosting fees, shipping charges and exchange rates etc). If these change, we will pass on the savings or costs - but we do not build buffer into our prices in advance. Afterall, we're an online store - how difficult is it to change store prices?

But because we advocate responsible consumption, we don't want to "entice" you into getting something you don't need by dangling sales discounts in front of you.

Paying for your purchase
We accept the following modes of payment –

- Cash on Delivery (only available for self-collection)
For payment by credit or debit cards, all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express) are supported.
For bank transfers, please make payment within 24 hours of your order to the following bank account and notify us thereafter via email at orders@puritsy.com –

Your order will be processed once your payment is received. To expedite the processing of your order, we would appreciate it if you could include in your email a screenshot of your Internet banking transaction receipt and/or your transaction reference number.
Cash on Delivery is available only to customers who elect for Self-Collection (at Choa Chu Kang MRT or Somerset MRT) as their delivery method. Cash on Delivery is not possible for orders shipped by post or delivered by courier.
We also ask that you make full payment for your order in cash at the point of self-collection before we hand over the goods to you.
Receiving your items
You have a choice of getting your items sent right to your doorstep or picking them up at your leisure. For more information on these options, see Shipping & Deliveries here.
Whether you opt for home delivery or self-collection, we strive to optimise our packaging method in order to reduce wastage. It breaks our hearts to see parcel boxes and envelopes discarded after just one use.
At Pur'itsy, we pack your order with the least amount of packaging needed to ensure that your items are well-protected during shipping and will reach your hands in good shape. We also aim to reuse packaging materials that we receive our goods in, and to use eco-friendly packaging that can be reused or, at least, recycled. You may find plastics in the packaging from time to time - but that's only because we're reusing something we ourselves received. You may also find your order delivered without extraneous packaging or packaged in rather unique ways - but rest assured, the condition of your items will never be compromised! We believe in closing the loop by reusing as much as we can.
We ask that you consider playing your part too on receiving your items, by reusing or recycling the packaging to give it new life!
