exchanges & returns
Because we know parents can have a thousand and one things on their minds, we extend to you a 90-day exchange/return period.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return your order for an exchange or refund!
Just drop us an email at email@example.com anytime during the 90 days to let us know the details of your exchange/return request.
To be eligible for the exchange or return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it with packaging and tags intact.
Once we’ve acknowledged your request, please send the item back to us -
- If you choose to ship it back to us, you will be responsible for your own shipping costs - but we'll reciprocate by handling the shipping costs when we post out the exchange! [Do ensure adequate packaging for the item you are shipping back to us, especially if it is fragile, as we will be considering the condition of the item as received by us!]
- If you prefer not to incur shipping costs, you have the option of meeting us at our designated self-collection locations (see here) to perform the return or exchange!
Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 1 - 2 working days of receipt), your exchange or return will be processed.
For approved returns, you will receive a credit that can be applied to your next purchase whenever you are ready to make it. This credit does not expire, ever.
For approved exchanges, you should receive the replacement item within 2 – 3 working days of us receiving the returned item.
Please note our conditions for returns and refunds –
For hygiene purposes, cloth diapers and training pants cannot be returned.
We do not accept gift cards for returns.
Only regular priced items may be returned – all sale items are non-returnable.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you had received the item as a gift, and the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return and a gift card will be sent to you.
